SHIPPING

France = 6€ and free for an order over 100€

Europe = 15€ and free for an order over 350€

International = 35€ and free for an order over 500€

RETURN

Returns or exchanges must be within the legal period of 14 days after receipt of your shipment:

• In original condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging 

The client is responsible for the return shipping charges, except if mistake
on your order from part of Flamingos.

Each return out of CE must clearly indicate “Returned Goods” for the customs services and the annotation "NO CUSTOM VALUE". 

If the return are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
